By booking a branding photography session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect throughout our work together.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due the following month regardless of your session date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Rescheduling is available but due to the nature of the session models are not guaranteed when the client needs to change dates or times. Rescheduling must be done within 48 hours of the session unless it is needed due to a birth.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Your retainer will be applied to a future date within 60 days.
Cancellations without rescheduling will forfeit the retainer.
If the photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond control, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. Turnaround Time

Final edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of the session date via an online gallery.
Rush editing may be available for an additional fee (inquire prior to your session).

4. Image Delivery & Selection

Clients will receive a curated, edited gallery based on the agreed session package.
Unedited images (RAW files) will not be released.
Minor retouching (color correction, lighting adjustments) is included. Extensive retouching is available upon request and may incur an additional fee.

5. Usage Rights & Licensing

The client receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final images for personal branding and business marketing purposes, including websites, social media, business cards, and promotional materials.
Images may not be resold, significantly altered, or used for third-party commercial purposes without written consent.
Photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless a written agreement is made stating otherwise.

6. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for showing up on time, prepared, and ready for their session (including wardrobe, makeup, props, or brand materials). We will work together to plan what you should bring and wear.
Please communicate clearly about your brand vision during the planning process to ensure the session aligns with your goals.

7. Image Archiving

Final edited galleries will be available for 30 days after delivery. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their images promptly.
Re-uploading or re-sending files after the gallery expires may incur an archive fee.

8. Model Release

By participating in the session, the client grants the photographer permission to use their likeness in images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing. When providing a model of your own, you are agreeing you have received release from the parties involved.
