Website Design Terms & Conditions

By booking website design services with Ezer School of Birth, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Payment Policy

All payments made toward your website design project are non-refundable. This includes deposits and final balances. Your payment secures your project spot in the design calendar and compensates for time, strategy, and creative work invested from the beginning.

2. Branding Photography Requirement

High-quality, on-brand photography is essential to creating a professional and cohesive website. Before your project begins, you must provide branding photos or book a branding photography session (available as an add-on or separately when local). Placeholder images will not be used unless specifically requested and approved.

3. Timeline & Workflow

Website design projects typically take 4–5 weeks from start to completion. This timeline may vary depending on your timely communication, feedback, and content delivery.

The process is collaborative and includes:

  • Brand discovery and strategy questionnaire

  • Mood board and inspiration alignment

  • Content and copy collection

  • Design and revision rounds

  • Final launch prep and walkthrough

You agree to participate actively, respond to communication promptly, and meet all deadlines for delivering materials (text, photos, etc.) to maintain the timeline.

4. Included Website Pages

Your package includes design and setup for the following five standard pages:

  • Home

  • About

  • Contact

  • Services

  • Blog

Additional pages, integrations, or custom features will be quoted separately.

5. Revisions

Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revisions will incur an hourly rate of $75, billed separately.

6. Ownership & Launch

Upon final payment, you will receive full ownership of your website and any design elements created specifically for your brand. I retain the right to showcase your project in my portfolio and social channels unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Communication & Boundaries

Communication will take place via email and/or your project management platform (e.g., Trello, Notion, Dubsado). Office hours are [Insert Hours], and responses can be expected within 1–2 business days.

8. Delays & Inactivity

If the project is delayed due to client inactivity (e.g., missed deadlines, unresponsiveness for more than 10 business days), it may be paused or rescheduled based on availability. A rebooking fee may apply.
