introduction
This course begins by setting the foundation for what it means to be a postpartum doula. This work is so much more than holding babies—it is holding mothers. Our goal is to create doulas who are ready to serve women with intention in the postpartum time.Â

the beginning of care
We believe that even as postpartum doulas support and education begins in the prenatal time. This section of the course will focus on helping mamas prepare for the postpartum period, how your offerings will have a positive impact on their experience, and how we can educate women for better postpartum rest periods.

serving the sacred pause

hi, I'm angelia
I’ve spent the past six years immersed in birth work, walking alongside mothers in some of their most sacred and vulnerable moments. My passion lies in helping women better honor the postpartum time. But more than anything, my heart beats for community—for helping other birth workers rise, thrive, and walk confidently in their God-given calling.
I believe each of us carries something uniquely beautiful to offer the women we serve. If you're feeling called to postpartum work, know this: there is space for you here. It would be my joy and honor to walk with you, share what I’ve learned, and support you as you grow in this sacred calling.
