You will also have the opportunity to join monthly video calls with fellow students and have one-on-ones with the instructor throughout your course to ensure continuous support as you become a doula.

Doula support doesn't end after the baby arrives. Just like birth, women have a physiological design for postpartum. As doulas we have the ability to help women understand what is really needed after birth and how to make honoring that a reality. Covering how to best serve women during this special time through leaving an everlasting impact of support and love as women begin their motherhood journey.

In this section of the course we will discuss key topics of building and running a successful doula business. Everything from finding potential clients, facilitating interviews, booking processes, creating your birth brand and marketing the beautiful offerings that will bless countless women.

I have been in birth work for the past six years attending over 160 births. My experiences serving women, building a successful doula business, avoiding burnout, and booking 3-4 clients every month has ultimately led me to my passion of mentoring other aspiring doulas. I believe in the way our presence makes a difference in the journey of motherhood and I believe in this work being a meaningful way to sustain birth workers financially and spiritually.
